We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used perfumes
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
Orders reported after the 48-hour reporting window
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or video of the product
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are only possible in cases of:
Damaged products
Incorrect items sent
